About this house rental
Our trip begins at the Villafranca di Verona airport. Once we’ve landed, we decide to rent a car to start our tour of the Veneto region. After about 30 minutes, we arrive at Via Braghizzola 6 in Caprino Veronese.
Alternatively, take the Affi exit; after about 15 minutes, we arrive at Via Braghizzola 6 in Caprino Veronese.
Description of the House “IL GIRASOLE”
The house is located in a small hamlet at Loc. Braghizzola 6, in a small district of Caprino Veronese at 600 meters above sea level. Once you arrive in the small village, the house is located near an old washhouse.
The house, a rustic property converted from an old hayloft, was first renovated in the 1950s and subsequently renovated in 2007 with exposed wooden beams. It is located on the first floor; after climbing the stairs between the houses, you reach a small landing—ideal for breakfast— all on one level. It consists of a living area furnished with a table and chairs, a sofa bed, and a kitchen with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, and a TV. From there, you enter a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. Next is a bedroom with a large double bed and a closet; from here, you can see the villages of Braga and Spiazzi.
The house does not have air conditioning, but since it is located at an elevation of 600 meters above sea level, it enjoys comfortable temperatures even during the hottest periods.
Things to see and do
Peace and quiet are the main things guests will find here to relax from the daily stress of work.
VERONA: the capital of the Veneto region, rich in architecture, Lake Garda, churches and shrines such as Madonna della Corona, and panoramic views.
Let’s head to Lake Garda, one of Italy’s most important lakes, and visit Garda, Lazise, Malcesine, Sirmione, Limone, and Bardolino—all historic fishing villages.

• Verona (Piazza delle Erbe, Juliet’s House, the Arena, etc.)
