Excellent breakfast, awesome breakfast personnel (BIG THANK YOU to Ruben and his colleagues!). The hotel is very clean. We were celebrating a birthday, and personnel from the reception surprised us with balloons; this was really amazing. Our little son was very happy; thank you! When we were checking out, our airport shuttle was planned for the afternoon, so the hotel postponed our check-out to the afternoon; they were extremely helpful. The personnel are always smiling and helping with anything you need. All of them were very professional. We would like to say our BIG thank you also to the housekeepers; they are doing their jobs really well, for example, Mary helped us with anything we needed in our room. Also, we would like to say our BIG thank you to Raul; he was so helpful. The general manager is excellent, so positive, always smiling, like in a dream. And the very last thing - when we were leaving the hotel, Priscilla from the reception gave a nice coloring book to our son. Thank you; we will never forget you all. Awesome!
