Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza splendida in questa casa vicino a Mondello (in zona Addaura). L'alloggio è eccezionale: spazioso, molto pulito e situato proprio fronte mare, in una zona tranquillissima che garantisce il massimo del relax. Un punto di forza indiscutibile è l'ampio parcheggio, comodissimo per chi come noi ha deciso di muoversi in auto per esplorare le bellissime spiagge nei dintorni.
Il patio esterno è semplicemente favoloso: lo abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo per fare colazione la mattina e cenare all'aperto al fresco.
Un plauso speciale va a Martina per la fantastica accoglienza e la disponibilità: ci ha fatti sentire subito a casa!
È stata la base di partenza perfetta per la nostra estate in Sicilia. Casa consigliatissima, ci torneremo sicuramente!
Essendo una casa al piano terra/seminterrato, non abbiamo trovato veri difetti, ma un piccolo dettaglio pratico da considerare: come in molte strutture di questo tipo vicine al mare e alla natura, conviene non lasciare cibo o briciole in giro per evitare l'arrivo di qualche formica. Nulla che abbia minimamente scalfito la qualità del soggiorno!

**A wonderful week near Mondello**
We spent a week in this apartment and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The location is excellent: it's very close to the sea and just a short drive from the beautiful beach of Mondello, so it's easy to spend the day by the water and come back to relax.
Public transport is close by, which made getting around very convenient. We took the bus to visit Palermo's famous markets, and it was a simple and enjoyable way to explore the city without worrying about driving or parking. That said, we highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the wider area, since there are so many beautiful places nearby worth seeing.
The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could easily prepare our own meals. Towels were provided, and having a washing machine was a big plus for a week-long trip. The air conditioning worked well and kept the apartment pleasant even on hot days.
The real highlight is the large private yard. It's spacious, peaceful and very pleasant, perfect for morning coffee, outdoor meals or just unwinding in the evening after a day of sightseeing.

Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped base near Mondello and Palermo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The only small downsides were the lack of a safe and a microwave and dishwasher . Neither affected our stay much, but they would be nice additions

Clădirea foarte frumoasă, curată. Apartamentul a fost foarte spatios, camerele si livingul precum si terasa foarte mari. Bucătăria a fost bine utilată, ne-am descurcat foarte bine.
Plaja e foarte aproape, la 3 minute cu mașina sau la o plimbare plăcută de 15 minute. Locația înconjurată de un lanț spectaculos de munți. Un magazin foarte bine aprovizionat, in vecinătate si o cofetărie cu cannoli foarte gustoși.
Plaja - nisip fin, pe alocuri roz, cu o apă cristalină si caldă.
Palermo, la 12 km distanță, cu istorie si arhitectură bogată.
A fost un concediu minunat!
