The sums that I mention in 1 point

I rented this place 2 times. First time all was good, non issue. I called owner and she opened the door. I Second stay: I wanted to leave my staff and owner picked up phone first time. Then I went to the car to collect my small bag, called her on mobile several times, no respond. Went to mountings and after that I came back at 5 pm called her 10 times, because I do not have key and have 1% of battery. I was knocking the door during 1 hour, but nobody opened it. After 1 hour I went to the store, charged my phone. Called again she pick up and said no English, and I have to call her husband. Why property owner do not pick since it is not a hotel. How I should know phone number of the husband of while you make reservation she mention her phone number?

No lift, rude owner
