Great location and excellent staff and services. The hotel is close to a MRT station and we made great use of the MRT to tour Singapore. The hotel was clean and the pool was a great place to relax.
The rooms were a little small but adequate for what we needed. The breakfast buffet is "Asian" style so while adequate do not expect bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs and hash browns. While not the hotel's fault when we were their there was a constant haze over the 4 days from the burning of Indonesia's jungles. It was not pleasant and I would recommend avoiding Singapore during this apparent seasonal burn off.

Good location
The room was a little smaller than I expected. I was also surprised that the sink was located outside the bathroom, and no hand towel was provided.

I loved the staff! Everyone was professional and very helpful. Ali has a great personality and extremely courteous.
I did not like that the hotel does not provide wash cloths and hand towels. I also did not like the tiny bathroom.
