We liked the pool and beach combo, used the pool at low tide and sea at high tide. It was quiet the week we stayed, not much karaoke in the vicinity. Very simple and local feel resort. The staff made the stay super!!
Parking was a bit away from the rooms and the pathway was rough on the luggage. Would have been nice to have hot water but I live in the Phils so I am used to room temp or colder.

For the area, which is very basic it is a good property. Beds very comfortable.
The area is not great. Good location for Kawasan falls and 30 mins from Moalboal but only proper hotel and karaoke bars very close and bad singing from 10am onwards. Bathroom wasn’t completely closed off thus did get spiders and a cockroach in there. Big problems with hot water. Food menu poor and quality average. No wine.
