Everything was 10: clean location, generous apartment owner, quiet neighborhood with many restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket, and most importantly, a quality Turkish shawarma restaurant. The owner of the apartment let us stay in the apartment until the evening. This helped us a lot in resting before the flight, Two minutes to the metro and from there to the whole city

Excellent value for money

Spacious, very well equipped and maintained apartment, in close proximity to tram and metro green line. The host is very nice and kind gentleman, he continuously keeps in touch with tenants and answers quickly. The neighborhood is clean, lots of cozy eateries and different food shops (deli, meat, vegetables, gelateria, etc).

The construction site on the lot next to the apartment building- they starting work daily except Sunday at 7am and making a lot of noise. The place is about 35 min ride by tram from the Termini (central train station), frequency of trams is 15 min. So, the way to the downtown is about an hour- it’s fair enough but everyone considering rent this apartment must take it into account.

Lovely and homy

Lovely hosts. We arrived late at night and they waited for us at the nearest metro station. The apartment was really nice, perfectly clean. The subway is 3 minutes away and there is a 30 minutes ride to the city center from the apartment. The neighborhood itself is renowned for its many varied restaurants. Apart from that you had all you could need like supermarkets, pharmacies etc. Definitely recommend. One of the best places we stayed on booking.

À côté du métro (la ligne directe pour Colisée). Le lit était confortable et il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin pour un séjour en famille. L’hôte est venu nous chercher au métro et il était aidant et gentil.
