Very clean and centrally located
Missing key fittings like mirror in bedroom and also could do with a bit more colour

Everything is brand new. The building has undergone a major renovation. It’s clean, cozy, and comfortable.
There was no drinking water. Laundry detergent and dishwasher pods were also missing. The view from the window did not match what was shown in the listing. The hotel buildings are located on different streets. We were not told where we could have breakfast (which was included in the price), and it was impossible to find the hotel’s restaurant on our own.

Great location & views. Easy with free on road parking and good with one wheelchair user. Loved use of the free pool and handy being so close to shops and restaurants.
It had everything we needed, look a bit tired in places and hairdryer and microwave didn’t work.
Main problem was WiFi not working

The room was as described in listing. The staff were very nice but clearly busy.
Room wasn’t available for full stay despite no warning, had one night in very small hotel room before apartment was available. Offered limited compensation, given “60 euro” voucher to Novotel for buffet dinner which was very limited and poor quality.
Pool was very busy, had to go to main hotel each day to get new tickets.
The ST hotels all seemed to be based out of one hotel which seemed to cause problems.
