Great location, friendly and helpful owner (although we never met). Comfortable bed.
The awful smell of drains and the fact that only one person could comfortably sit on the tiny ‘sofa’ - they really need another chair!
Also the outside area could be much more inviting- bricks all over the place and generally untidy. A small effort would pay dividends.
Also a better tabletop would be useful to make drinks etc.
