Everything, before we even arrived the staff helped us with several requests. The room was beautiful and the courtyard was spectacular. After a busy day sightseeing it was so good to come back to this beautiful serene space. The location was just wonderful too, the surrounding narrow alleys and walkways were packed with a mix of great coffee shops and traditional trades, everyone was really friendly. It was also convenient for all the trips we wanted to do. It was clean, comfortable and beautiful, cosy bed and good quality cotton. In every way we loved it here and it was perfect.
There weren't many none Chinese options on the TV, but that was a minor.

酒店地理位置和周边餐厅都非常棒，在胡同里，很有人文气息。小四合院很精致，很美，服务热情，唐小姐太好了！
房间洗手间光线太暗，也没有地方挂毛巾和衣服。

Love how traditional the hotel looks. Nice clean space and quiet.

Very unique traditional courtyard boutique hotel, you can feel the owners have put their hearts into it! Very highly recommended! The images and descriptions do not do this property justice! You need to stay here to get a real feel of traditional Chinese living! And an excellent location in the old city perfect for all Beijings main tourist attractions and restaurants.
Nothing! It was far more than I expected!!!
