The location was exceptional, it looks right over the valley and is in a very quiet and beautiful spot. All of the team were so lovely and helpful, particularly Husam who advised us on what hike to do and brought such good energy to our whole stay! The breakfast and dinner are both amazing and you can watch the sunset from the balcony of the hotel. We are so happy that we found this place, and we would recommend it to everyone!

The lodge sits up almost on the very top of the ridge overlooking the amazing canyon below. The view is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The rooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were extremely friendly and hospitable, and spent considerable time talking with the many guests. Their English is excellent, and they were very helpful in helping me to plan my time, even suggesting several more simple trails I could take with my young son without need of a guide.
The only 2 minor improvements I thought of were the shared bathrooms and the packed lunch (optional). The shared bathroom was very clean, but a few lightbulbs weren't working (or it needed a few more lights?), and there was only 1 shower in the men's bathroom. The packed lunch could also be improved. I knew what we were getting before we paid, but it was a very simple lunch for 5JD.

What a great location to spend a couple of nights. The view is spectacular. It's an interesting drive from the Dana car park( the staff will pick you up) , up and back down a very steep winding track, I definitely recommend not driving your hire car down! Rooms were clean, staff members were great and the food, especially dinner, was gorgeous.
The barking dogs in Dana, luckily it is a lot better here than in Dana village

Beautiful lodge in the mountains. The gentleman running it was so helpful and friendly.
A little out of the way. If you know which hikes you want to do, maybe best to try to stay closer to the hikes.
