Location fab, hosts very attentive and it was a brilliant stay for what we wanted!
Although fairly clean it’s a bit messy in cupboards and drawers - loads of oversized pans and no baking trays - broken mugs and old Tupperware - it just needs a bit of a sort out and some paint touch ups.

Comfortable apartment - ground floor was good. Very handy location - away from the main road, close to the School of Music, and also to the city centre. Generally the bus service was good and close by - and niot too far from Cathays station.

The location - it is very near to my son's college (Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama RWCMD) and his hall (right in the middle between the two locations). The house is located on a main road so it is easy to access places, and there is a bus stop nearby.
We also like the fact that the kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking essentials (even though some are somewhat worn, and maybe damaged by previous tenants). Also the house comes with a washing machine so we can do laundry, and it has a towel heating rack in the bathroom so we can dry our clothes.
The front door - one window is broke and boarded, giving me some creeps when I first approached the house. Also the back gate cannot be locked fully, and the french door curtain is a bit thin so can somewhat see through at night from the outside. Would feel safer if the gate can be locked and the curtain is heavier and offers more privacy.
