All in all, and comparing it to many other apartments we have booked through Booking.com, the apartment is shabby and in

A good location close to the sea, the town centre and Mirador strip. It was a big apartment with two terraces, a large one on the roadside with a partial sea view, and a small one facing the pool. The pool us large with plenty of sunbeds and it is very well maintained.

Hard to access if you have mobility issues as it’s on the third floor and there isn’t a lift. Outdoors the plastic furniture is old, stained with age and in need of replacing. There are no outdoor cushions for comfort. We were surprised that there were no fans of any description to help with the 30c temperatures. I sent messages to the host via Booking.com but still haven’t had a response after 7 days. On arrival we found the terrace floors were very dirty with sand from a recent calima. I contacted the management company and to be fair the cleaner called. She blamed rain that morning for the problem but that didn’t explain how dirty it was. Then she left and we had to mop the floors. The kitchen is old and basic with ill-fitting doors . Most kitchen items are provided but no wine glasses - bought a couple for €4, so it wouldn’t cost the owner much to provide a few - no large glasses, no spatulas and 2 very small frying pans. The microwave, kettle and toaster stand on a separate metal unit in the living area which isn’t very attractive. The shower room is small but ample, however the main light doesn’t work. The sofa is uncomfortable and the cushions are worse for wear. In the early hours of every morning the waste collection from the bins opposite the complex takes place. Expect to be woken up. On top of everything else, on our third day we were woken up by the complex president because the exterior of the adjacent apartment was being painted. We had to remove everything from the terraces. The following day and half the exterior of our apartment was painted so for 3 days we couldn’t use the terraces as it was a mess. We complained and the host apologised but has done nothing to compensate us

The apartment itself is clean and nice. Kitchen was nice and had everything needed.

The host was rude. We had issues with transfer so we arrived 7 minutes late. I kept her informed the whole time and let her know the approximate times. She was getting angry and was not shy to show it by being passive aggressive. The communication throughout the stay was poor. Sometimes I had to keep asking the same question several times and even call her because she would ignore us. She kept making passive aggressive comments. When we were checking out I asked about the question that she sent earlier that said she will return deposit in cash during check out. She said there’s no deposit and when I tried to ask more or use google translate to clarify the situation she started shouting. She kept changing her story first there was deposit that will be returned through cash, then there was no deposit. Then she said ok there’s deposit but booking will return it. I wanted her to send me a message saying that we will get the deposit through booking and not through cash as she messaged earlier. She did not want to listen and started calling me and my family names. She said I’m crazy and we are terrible and stupid people. At some point she even pushed me. We didn’t feel safe and it definitely left a bad aftertaste. It ruined the whole impression, will not recommend this place. I think she tried to scam us and was angry that it wasn’t working. I also gave a suspicion she acted this way because we are Asian and not European. She looked annoyed from the moment she saw us. Additionally we had only half a roll of toilet paper and when I asked for more she first ignored and then was passive aggressive like were asking for too much. Our stay was 5 days. The host speaks poor English so it is very difficult to communicate in person and she is not professional and gives in to her emotions. Beds and cushions are uncomfortable.

Väga kena, valgusküllane apartment rahulikkus Los Cristianose rajoonis. Suur basseiniala kus jagub kohti. Kaks rõdu millest teine basseini poolne hommikuse päikesega ning teine suur kaheosaline lõunapoolne avatud rõduga. Suur tänu Mariale väga meeldiva ning kiire suhtlemise eest. Suur aitäh ka housekeeper Milale kes oli väga abivalmis ja tore.
