Location was great, aircon cold, bed and pillows excellent. We were sent a code to gain entry to the property and the room which worked really well. There was a staff member there who helped us find the keypad for the room (which was on the handle itself) Thank goodness for the very good blackout curtains as the room had large windows facing straight onto the street, which was bright and made the room feel airy but a little like we were on public display. The signs said not to touch the AC but provided no blankets. I messaged them and they got back to me immediately, saying they could get blankets to me tomorrow (it was already 8.30pm by this stage) but said we could turn off the AC, which worked well.
The shower head itself was broken and unable to be fixed at face height, however the rose was on a hose so you could pick it up to get water higher. A couple of small problems listed above but addressed promptly by the property. Well done.

Gyakorlatilag a nyaralásuk egyik délutánját elrontotta.
