Too much light through door and windows. Water pouring noise at 5 am.

Location of hotel is on the beach and rooms are slightly off the beach. It certainly is a bit quaint and of a different style. Not standard which we like. Breakfast is excellent and the location and views of restaurant/breakfast area are wonderful.
Staff was initially wonderful but we had some reservations about some of the staff when it came to payments (would be difficult in accepting we wanted to pay in local currency) and booking of a tour/taxi (not clear how the relationship between the staff and vendors was which led to some friction). The hotel can be really noisy. There was construction ongoing next door and that takes away from the relaxed experience.

The location and the staff is fantastic. Property right on the beach with restaurant, bar and activities. It was clean, comfortable.
The air-condition is very week. Doesn't cool the room down properly. And a fridge would make a big difference.

This is a small cute hotel, that is quite homey. It has unique handcrafted decor. Our room had a large bath, and there was lots of space. It is fairly difficult to find, but right on Kendwa beach. Basically it is a restaurant with a few rooms attached. The included breakfast was huge! Our biggest problem was that the power went out several times during our stay, and the longest outage lasted 7 hours. During that time a generator was used that was quite loud, and the AC didn’t work. When it did work, the AC was barely able to cool the room.
