I had a great stay at Costello Hotels Port Augusta. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and you can really tell that it has been newly renovated. The rooms felt fresh, modern, and comfortable. One of the best things about the hotel is its location right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and other local attractions. It was very convenient for both a quick stopover and a longer stay. Another big plus was the availability of parking, which made travelling much easier, especially when arriving with luggage after a long drive. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Costello Hotels Port Augusta to anyone looking for a clean, newly renovated, centrally located hotel with convenient parking.

Clean, good amenities, modern and comfy beds!

Clear instructions to enter car park, building and room. Nice to see an old town hall repurposed for accommodation.

The lack of a lift to the second floor made it difficult to carry cases up to the room. The water from the shower ended up on most of the bathroom floor. The quality of the sound from the TV was poor. It would be helpful to have a rear entrance to the hotel from the car park. We could not get the air conditioner to heat the room. The central location was very good.
