A warm welcome to our thatched-roof cottage with a magnificent view of the promenade and garden. The sea and the sandy beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. Here you can enjoy a true Baltic Sea vacation, whether as a couple or with the whole family. The interior design combines the inviting charm of a thatched-roof house with a contemporary, clean aesthetic of colors and shapes.
 
The vacation rental is located directly above the Hein&Stin garden café, where homemade waffles, ice cream, and specialty coffees are served from May through October. You can enjoy the cozy atmosphere through the dormer window, but otherwise you’ll have complete privacy. As our vacation guests, you’ll enjoy discounted rates.



Thatched-roof vacation apartment:

The bright attic apartment in our historic thatched-roof house was modernized in 2012, personally furnished, and offers the space you need for a relaxing vacation.
The exposed ceiling beams and the characteristic bat-wing dormer blend harmoniously with the modern and stylish furnishings.

Subtle decorations and contemporary amenities (LED Smart TV, Wi-Fi) will make you feel like you’re on vacation right away. A small selection of CDs and books is available for your enjoyment. You’ll love the large south-west-facing rooftop terrace, where you can sunbathe, enjoy a delicious breakfast, or gaze at the evening sky with a glass of wine.

In the cozy living/sleeping area, a sleeper sofa with a spring mattress (180/200 cm) provides a full-size bed for two people.

The modern kitchen is generously equipped for preparing all the fresh seafood that goes straight from the sea to your table. From the dining table, you can enjoy the morning sun and the view of Prerow’s greenery through the glass Darsser door. Here, you’ll also find something quite unique: two alcoves—sleeping niches built into the sloped ceiling—that serve as a special sleeping arrangement for you or your children.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub that comfortably accommodates two people.
