About this apartment rental
You’ll be staying in a beautiful turn-of-the-century building, right in the city center, yet in a quiet location close to the convention center. The building was completely renovated in 2001. The vacation apartment on the first floor on the right was also completely renovated in 2019 and lovingly furnished to ensure you feel right at home.
You’ll be staying practically on the edge of downtown, yet everything you need is just a short walk away.
The exhibition hall offers a wide variety of cultural events featuring well-known artists across all genres.
Dresden is also nearby and offers a broad spectrum of fabulous cultural highlights. We’d be happy to provide you with more information.
Löbau Vacation Apartment in the City Center, Near the Trade Fair:
The apartment is fully furnished!! In the living room, you’ll find a 42-inch TV with approximately 40 different channels, all in high definition. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and silverware for 4 people, 1 stove, 1 microwave, 1 coffee maker, 1 electric kettle, and 1 table with seating for 5 people. In the bathroom, you’ll find 1 sink, 1 bathtub with shower, 1 washing machine, 1 towel rack, towels (at no extra cost), 1 hair dryer, and, of course, various toiletries. In the large bedroom, we have 1 double bed with a closet and mirror; in the smaller bedroom, there is a single bed. Upon request, an additional bed for children can be set up—either a small fold-out bed for children up to 3 years old or, if preferred, an inflatable extra bed.
All beds are provided with fresh linens at no extra charge!
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
