- An entrance area with a large storage cupboard,
- A living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette set), television, storage,
- A bedroom with a 140x190 bed and storage,
- A bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and washing machine,
- A balcony, a ski locker and a parking space (non-nominative).
The centre of Chatel can be reached directly in 5 minutes on foot via a staircase leading to the church square. Shuttle bus stop at the end of the street.
The rates include rental, utilities (water, electricity, Internet access), key collection, inventory of fixtures on arrival and exit and end-of-stay cleaning service.
Pillows and duvets provided for all beds, but bed linen and towels are not provided.
Non-smoking apartment and pets not allowed.
This accommodations are not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
We send you our welcome booklet with all the information you need to prepare your stay 2 weeks before the start of your stay.
A security deposit of €600 is required, to be paid at least 1 week before your arrival. We will send you a secure link for the payment of the security deposit (this is a dematerialized deposit, not debited from your account).
In order to guarantee you an entry into a clean accommodation, the cleaning service is mandatory.
Towels and bed linen are not included in the rental.
From 1 December to 15 April, an additional charge of €5 per day will be charged for heating consumption.
For Sunday departures, a cleaning surcharge of €40 is applied to cover the 50% surcharge for work charged by our cleaning service provider.
These additional charges must be paid directly to the owner of the accommodation by bank transfer prior to arrival in the rental.
