Everything was perfect! It was actually cuter and nicer in person than in the pictures! The location is great, and the person who met us was super friendly and helpful. The only issue we encountered was that there was no hot water. I contacted Iflat many times and it took a while for them to respond. I think that the Iflat responses are bots, not people, which made it difficult and frustrating. When they finally responded, the responses were robotic and unhelpful. They wanted us to be present. We had been present, but were no longer at the flat. By the time we were back, they finally sent someone at 11 PM. He was wonderful and fixed the hot water, but it could’ve been resolved many hours earlier.

Clean but needs some work, damaged floors in the hallway and holes in the wall in one bathroom. Hard to open the door to the second bathroom. WiFi password incorrect. Just little things but easy to correct and would be perfect.
Host very helpful with transfer reservations. We were also able to store our bags until check in.

Clean, good location. Nice space and cute terrace. Beds comfortable including the sofa bed.
Waited 45 min for host to arrive despite communicating travel times in advance. Shower flooded, used all the towels to stem flow. Contacted host, reported clogged shower drain. Asked for replacement towels. Didn’t get them. Host said maintenance would come. No one did, and we shared the towels that were not used for flood.
