About this villa rental
Charming villa without neighborhood of 3P, 100m2, completely renovated and air-conditioned, ideally located in a residential area, quiet, 2 minutes from the village of Valbonne.
The accommodation
This bright house, in the heart of an olive grove, has a private garden, a shaded terrace and a BBQ area, a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room and dining area. It has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (walk-in shower) upstairs. Parking for 2 cars and laundry room with washer/dryer.
Other remarks
The air conditioning is double: the whole house has an underfloor cooling system and there are in addition silent wall mounted air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms.
The swimming pool, open in summer (June -> end of September), is suitable for swimming. Its surface is 22mx4m and its depth 1.40m.
Small pets are welcome as long as you make sure they don't damage the (brand new) furniture or the lawn.
However, you should know that:
- the fence of the land can allow animals to pass through
- 2 cats live in a house 150m away and are likely to walk in the garden.
- Our land includes a huge meadow (1000m2, opposite the house) where dogs can frolic happily and without restriction.
