Casa Barbasquillo is a two-story, fully furnished house. On the first floor, you’ll find one large bedroom with three beds and a full bathroom, a living room, one guest bathroom, the dining room, and a large kitchen with an island and modern appliances.

On the second floor, there are three more bedrooms—the first two with one bed each and the last with two beds—each featuring its own air conditioning, full bathroom, closet, and TV.

The backyard of Casa Barbasquillo is spacious and features a brand-new pool, a canopy-covered barbecue area, a ping-pong table, a trampoline, a bathroom, and a shower. In the front area, you’ll find a covered space with a table, furniture, and another grill for barbecuing.

The entire house is equipped with a hot water system, a security alarm, and its own generator in case of power outages. Casa Barbasquillo is perfectly located right in the heart of Restaurant Row, with all kinds of dining options and entertainment venues within walking distance.
