Murcia is a cheerful and peaceful city, far from mass tourism, with a pleasant climate, great food, and very friendly people. If you’re looking for a place in Spain to live and work, this house is ideal—whether for good or for a long stay. It has been my home, and I hope it becomes yours and that you enjoy it as much as I do. It’s just a short walk from the cathedral, the university, and its most iconic squares—such as Cardenal Belluga and Santo Domingo—with their terraces and restaurants. Because Murcia is almost entirely pedestrian-friendly and everything is on a human scale—a place where you can relax, far from the stress of big cities, yet with plenty of cultural offerings, both at the Romea Theater and the Auditorium.

The apartment is very well furnished and equipped. The internet connection is excellent, making it easy to work online. There’s a weekly cleaning service to make life easier and keep the apartment comfortable.
If you’re here on a temporary work assignment, you can bring your family or have them visit, as the apartment is very spacious and they’ll love the place because of its central location.
