Hotel je prelep. Jeste da su ga kupili Kinezi, pa je bilo malo čudno gledati napise na kineskom jeziku. Pošto volim kinesku kuhinju ponuda iz restorana mi je jako prijala. Osoblje je fantastično, preljubazno i uvek spremno da pomogne!
Jednosobna soba je jako uska i mala, ispod prozora je neki užasan ventilator centralne klime koji bruji non stop. Pogled sa prozora je na neku ruševinu. Bazen mali, tako da SPA zona i nije nešto. U sobama je zid između kupatila i sobe od stakla, verovatno zato što ljudi u hotelima ne štede struju pa noću ostave upaljeno svetlo u kupatilu. Ovako ne može da se ostavi svetlo jer je cela soba osvetljena. Dobra ideja!
TV ne radi i WiFi skoro da nije ni radio.
Park je jako lep i šteta što ima toliko zapuštenih vila. Skoro svi puše i videla sam stariju ženu na štakama koja drži cigaru u ustima i tako hoda. Oko fontane milion pikavaca. A sve bolesni ljudi došli u banju….

Not too many vegan options. My wife and I are vegan, and we didn't have enough, so we had to have another breakfast outside the hotel. More vegan options and beverage options, like a lemonade (or maybe we just didn't find one), would have been better.
Our room was cold and there was no way to heat it up. The staff brought us a small heater, which helped a bit, but that's not it... I was disappointed that such a hotel cannot heat up it's rooms, shame... Also, there were no warm swimming pools, only the one regular with mildly cold temperature, which was a shame. A spa retreat should have at least 1 small warm swimming pool.

Beautiful hotel in the park. Freshly renovated, everything is new. Comfortable modern rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Spa is small, but clean. They have pool, small finish sauna and hamam.
Banja Koviljača is small cute green resort town near the mountains. You can do hiking or just chill for fee days. Reachable by train or bus from Belgrade.
Spa is small, so better to visit it not on crowded days/time, make a prior reservation with the hotel.
