Unbearable and unusable

/

Where do I start. Our huge unluckiness was that by the time we were searching for apartment for trip most of the spots were taken (basically everything under 200eur a night in city center), so we had to go with this. Do not ever take this apartment rather than anything closer to the center for comparable price or even 50% pricier. This is not even cheap and the owner doesnt seem to care about maintaining it properly at all. I really get content with anything and dont expect some luxury, this is my first bad review ever after using booking actively for 10 years, and we were here only 3 nights, but 1 would also be too many. 1. The toilet has transparent glass door, so the toilet seat is visible from the bed completely, no isolation in sound or vision whatsoever. 2. Apartment has a window that is probably a century old, cant close properly and has no mosquito net - and when we got there it was already full of mosquitoes. Good luck catching them since ceiling is ~4m tall. 3. It has the worst kitchen imaginable, with no closable drawers - everything is just out in the open in some baskets which immitate drawers. So yes, all appliances just gather dust over time. 4. Sheets look like they dont even wash them. Bunch of stans from god knows what, probably someone's sneakers and food. 5. The difference between check in and check out is 4 hours - which I think is more than enough time to clean one ~20m² apartment. We got there around 14:20 (check in is at 15) knowing we will wait a bit but oh well there is some space to sit across the street and we didnt have much time to do carrying around our mallets. The guy who cleans the apartment got there AFTER us. Owner said basically "check in will be 45min late thanks for understanding" - but I do not understand and never will. Of course then it wasnt +45min but more like +1h. Of course, it was not especially clean either after all that.

I wouldn’t recommend to stay in.

It is close to center by 20 min driving or bus 25 min and safety neighbourhood.

Bathroom shower is with wood and mould around it, toilet wasn’t working properly, the room has mould smell. And no blanket in the bed and also room, I requested and they didn’t nothing. Very noise, we can here people coming from the building and also people outside, there is a dog barking all the time. The pillows super big and uncomfortable and bed is not comfortable also.

Warm and cosy.

Nice and clean. Friendly owners.

The tv is tiny. Could definitely use an upgrade but everything else was nice enough.

It was awesome, but the location is not good.

Clean, pretty, comfortable

Incredibly far walk. Around 40 mins from the Duomo. Transit is not the best in that area. Only stay if you are ok walking about 3 hours a day minimum
