Location is near to the village centre, easy enough to find via Google Maps, has an oven in the kitchen area, good shower, space to sit for dinner and also a settee to relax on. Has free WiFi.
It is quite a compact property, so is fine for short stays, but I could foresee the lack of space being an issue if we stayed for two weeks and had more typical Welsh weather (i.e. wet). There isn't a separate drying room for example, it's one open plan space for the bed, settee and kitchen area (the shower room is separate), so we'd be worried about damaging things if we had to hang up wet coats and rucksacks. Not such an issue in summer of course.
Parking is on-street, so at busy times you might need to go up the road a bit, which is a hassle if unloading/loading heavy stuff (e.g. when my wife makes me unload our whole van for a one night stay...).
Property is accessed via some steps, so may not be suitable for infirm persons.

This was a self contained unit with everything you might need for a restful stay. The beauty of the place can't be over stated. Everything about the place was exceptional, easy to find, easy to get off and on Offa's Dyke Path., such a quiet safe space! Grocery and o5hers shops close by.
I would really have liked to meet my host, if she created such a fantastic place she surely was a wonderful host, but I wanted an early start and missed meeting Rose.
