Clean and the location couldn’t have been better for our three night . It was an easy 10 minute walk to the bus station ( meeting point for the tuk, tuk tour), also to Triana right across the bridge and a short walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar. We could easily walk to our meeting point for the Tapas, bar and history tour as well as the Tablao El Arenal dinner and show - all excellent !
So close to shops and many restaurants as well as an excellent grocery store just around the corner. Check in was very easy and the communication at all times was excellent.

Consigliatissimo!

The location was good and easy to access, and they appartment had very good internet suitable for work meetings. The apartment was relatively OK for the price paid.
The staff had problems generating the access code for me, so I just received it a couple of hours before arrival; i.e., I travelled to Seville without having the code yet. The fridge is not stable, so one should be very careful when using it, and the staff can speak only Spanish and were sending me messages in Spanish despite the fact that I don't speak any Spanish, and I told them that. The apartment could have benefited from a few carpets on the floor that would have made the stay more comfortable. Also, the sofa bed is very poor, not comfortable at all, and not suitable for an adult to sleep on.
