Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Nothing in particular. Everything was good, and I enjoyed my stay.

One of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed – broken AC, rude management and no refund for unused nights.

Absolutely nothing. This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed.

This was honestly one of the dirtiest and worst properties I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable, the air conditioning was not working, and the facilities were in terrible condition. To make matters worse, the management was extremely rude, unprofessional and completely unhelpful. I had booked the property for several days, but the conditions were so bad that I could only stay for one night. Despite explaining the problems and leaving early because of the unacceptable conditions, management refused to refund me for the remaining nights that I did not stay. It is completely unacceptable to charge guests for accommodation that is not properly maintained and then refuse to take responsibility when serious problems are reported. I strongly advise other travellers to think twice before booking this property. Based on my experience, it was a complete waste of money and an extremely disappointing stay.
