Mit etwas Willen könnte es deutlich besser sein!

Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Selva sowie über die Ebene bis zur Bucht von Alcúdia. Schade ist allerdings, dass die Terrasse über keinen Sonnenschutz verfügt und daher bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung nur eingeschränkt nutzbar ist. Auf der Wohnebene befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer sowie zwei separate Badezimmer (eines mit bodengleicher Dusche, eines mit Badewanne). Im Souterrain gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit separatem Bad sowie einer Waschmaschine. Vor dem Haus lädt ein Sitzbereich unter Olivenbäumen mit stimmungsvoller Beleuchtung zum Verweilen am Abend ein, sofern die dort vorkommenden Sandmücken dies zulassen. Die Stromkosten werden separat abgerechnet. Für unseren viertägigen Aufenthalt wurden hierfür zusätzlich nur 20,00 EUR berechnet (obwohl die Klimaanlagen liefen).

Bei unserer Ankunft befand sich die Küche leider nicht in einem ordnungsgemäß gereinigten Zustand. Wir kauften Reinigungsmittel, um Schrankfronten und Ablageflächen zu reinigen (vor Ort gab es keine Putzmittel). Zudem fiel uns eine Auszugsfront beim Öffnen entgegen. Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nur eingeschränkt, und mehrere Geschirrteile waren nicht sauber. Ursache hierfür war offenbar der stark verschmutzte Geschirrspüler, der erhebliche Fettablagerungen aufwies und auch nach mehrmaliger Nutzung keine zufriedenstellenden Reinigungsergebnisse lieferte. Die Küchenausstattung war insgesamt unzureichend und nicht auf die Belegung mit sechs Personen ausgelegt. Auch die übrige Ausstattung des Hauses entsprach nicht den Erwartungen an eine Unterkunft dieser Größe. Bei drei Badezimmern war lediglich ein Föhn vorhanden. Ein Wäscheständer zum Trocknen von Handtüchern fehlte ebenso wie Auflagen für die drei harten Kunststoffliegen am Pool. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich waren wenig komfortabel und bestanden lediglich aus einfachen Kunststoff- und Metallstuhlmöbeln. Zudem waren keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern vorhanden. In einem Badezimmer war der Duschvorhang sichtbar verschmutzt. Besonders unangenehm war ein dauerhaft muffiger Geruch im Haus, dessen Ursprung offenbar im Souterrain lag. Dort war die Geruchsbelastung besonders stark. Ein Kleiderschrank war aufgrund seines intensiven Muffgeruchs gar nicht nutzbar. Nachdem ein Mitarbeiter der Vermietungsagentur den Stromzähler abgelesen hatte, war keinerlei Kommunikation mehr möglich. Die Agentur reagierte weder per WhatsApp noch per E-Mail auf unser kritisches Feedback. Die Kaution in Höhe von 300 EUR wurde erst nach 9 Tagen zurückerstattet Insgesamt empfanden wir den Zustand der Unterkunft, die Ausstattung sowie den Umgang mit unseren Reklamationen als deutlich unterdurchschnittlich. Das Verhalten der Agentur war im Vergleich zu unseren bisherigen Erfahrungen mit anderen Ferienunterkünfte mangelhaft.
