The setting is spectacular with stunning vistas over the Douro River. The Quinta has been beautifully restored and the guest rooms have a river view. The heated infinity pool (in October) was a treat. The staff were so helpful and friendly (Francisco x 2). Breakfast in the dining room was delicious. Wine tasting (old vines) and snacks on the terrace was very special.
The bed small for 2 (a double size, not a Queen or King).

Amazing views , great breakfast and dinner snack. Friendly staff
Roads to get there was tight and I am glad no one was coming from the opposite direction.

Francisco, staff and the gorgeous dog gave us the warmest of welcomes to this sensational spot above the Duoro. We immediately felt at home.
Nothing. It was perfection.
