FALSE REPRESENTATION & HEALTH RISK‼️⚠️ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

FALSE REPRESENTATION & HEALTH RISK‼️⚠️ we walked into the place, everything was FILTHY, DIRTY, some bits BROKEN. The whole place hadn’t been cleaned. ACs: EXTREMELY FILTHY! My brother has SEVERE ECZEMA and within 15 minutes of being in the place his body was reacting to it. If he stayed there any longer we would have had to go hospital. DAMP: the cupboards and some walls had DAMP, they painted over it to hide it but it was that bad that it was creeping through the paint. The whole room was smelling like damp because of it. KITCHEN: all plates were filthy, the oven had stains all over it and the stove was absolutely VILE. BATHROOMS: the bathtub were soo dirty and all black. It was soo disgusting to see. THIS PLACE WAS NOT LIVEABLE, THE PICTURES DO NOT represent what is show, its false advertising. it was soo bad, we come to Dubai every year for the last 15 years and this was hands down the worst experience and the owner was soo in his own ways they didn’t want to give a refund. I rose the question: if we stayed and my brothers condition got worse would you cover his hospital bills? They ignored me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL‼️‼️

Amazing experience

Beautiful apartment, with amazing views, outstanding location. Easy self check in and check out

6 / 10

Really good location, but the flat need complete renovation.

The location is a 10/10 with great view. The building is getting old, the flat is crying for a renovation for years. The plaster is peeling off the walls in several places, the grout in the bathroom is rotting in many areas, and the furniture is broken in many places. Coming from Eastern Europe, one is accustomed to run-down buildings, but this was surprising even to me.
