The room was very clean.
- There was an issue with the air-conditioning in the room, but the staff were very helpful in resolving it.
- If I had one critique, it would be to thoroughly check that everything is working—like the air conditioning—before a guest checks in, to ensure the room is completely ready.

The room is modern and clean, with a comfortable bed as we requested.
There was nothing to complain about during our visit.
