Pas de personne physique mais tout est très bien expliqué et réponses aux mails très vite.
L'emplacement à 10 minutes de la gare.
Difficulté à manger car une chaise pour 4 personnes et bureau en guise de table.
Une casserole en plus serait appréciable.

The location is excellent. It’s about a 1 minute walk to the local area bus stop, 15 mins walk to 2 metro stations, and if you’re up to it 30 mins walk to Shinjuku station.
It’s a tiny apartment, I mean tiny. It’s in the 4th floor via access of a tight stairs. Best suited for a couple or a family with little kids. Definitely not pre-teens or teen kids.
The other issue we found is a lack of ventilation, the balcony door is in a terrible position and does not stay open. I had to place a chair to prevent it from closing.
The aircon blowing on all night is definitely not healthy, all of us developed a sore throat and runny nose, not a healthy apartment for long term stay. A night or two at max.
