What didn’t I like would be simpler. I would say Zero. Wyndham grand was sophisticated and luxurious. Most of all, pot of this world clean, posh and impressive in every way. The room was immaculately modern, clean and beautiful. The staff…Wow!! So courteous and respectful. Must must try the Dinner Buffet. The best Buffett ever.
Nothing!

The staff were amazing, super helpful and they go out of their way to help. I had an issue with my return flight to Seoul and they called the airline for me and arranged everything even though this is not necessarily their responsibility but given the language barrier this relieved a great deal of stress that we were subjected to due to this unfortunate circumstance with the airline.

Amazing view, helpful staff and great location. Pretty much everything you want and need in a hotel. There seemed to be staff everywhere always willing to help or just say hello.
Nothing comes to mind.
