Hot sprong bath was amazing. Especially the private hot spring both "roten" and inhouse bath with variety of Hot Springs were easy to use and very relaxing. Free popsicles and ice cream service, free massage chair, and reading room with a lot of comic books werr also great.
Air freshner using at public area sich as lobby and elevator was bad. I strongly suggest to change the Fragrance.

My stay at Onyado Nono Beppu was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the level of hospitality and the flawless attention to detail.
The Onsen selection was simply amazing. The variety and quality of the baths made for an incredibly relaxing and authentic experience. It’s the perfect place to unwind.
They truly haven't forgotten a single thing. Every minor detail, from the amenities to the layout and comfort of the hotel, has been thoughtfully curated to make guests feel at home.
It's super convenient to the train station and main bus bus Terminal and brilliantly situated for restaurants and entertainment, that made it incredibly easy to explore the area.
Every single staff member I encountered was amazing—professional, warm, and endlessly helpful.
If you are coming to Beppu, do yourself a favor and stay here. I couldn't recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to come back!

Great onsen hotel near the Beppu station. No shoes allowed in the hotel which is unique. 7 private onsens plus public baths were available. Free ramen is provided for supper. There’s massage chairs available for use too. Very comfortable stay except light in room is by sensor which is rather annoying. But all in all, still enjoyed my stay and will look to stay here if I ever come back

It was an interesting concept where guests remove their shoes and place them in lockers at the lobby. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the guest room corridors, was covered with tatami mats, creating a cozy and authentic Japanese atmosphere.
Check-in was fast and efficient, and the room size was very decent. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary cup noodles.
The onsen was one of the highlights of our stay. The public bath was spacious enough and never felt overcrowded. In addition, there were seven private onsen baths available for guests. Free ice cream was provided on the 13th floor, which is also where the onsen is located.
Laundry facilities are available on the 7th floor. The washing machines are free to use, and guests only need to pay for the dryer.
A complimentary noodle supper is served daily from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM, which was a nice touch after a long day of sightseeing.
Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The unique tatami concept, excellent onsen facilities, and thoughtful complimentary services made for a comfortable and memorable experience.
