About this bed and breakfast
Overlooking the scenic Maumee River, our modern Suite is close to the cities of Maumee, Waterville, Perrysburg, and Whitehouse. You will stay close to popular local attractions such as Side Cut Metropark, Fallen Timbers Mall, Historic Fort Meigs, Levis Commons, and more!
Our Suite is completely new and the view is absolutely gorgeous!!
It's a great place to stay for water recreation, sightseeing, bird watching, out-of-town visits, or just getting away from it all!
The Suite features reserved guest parking, private entrance door, and completely separate living space.
The Suite accomodates up to 6 guests and features a formal bedroom with a luxury queen mattress. The formal bedroom also includes a privacy divider and a full pull-out sofa bed. The living room/additional sleeping area features a comfy queen memory foam sofa bed. The guest favorite game room features a Pac-Man arcade game, foosball table, gumball machine, and dart board. The living room has a 65" OLED TV. The Suite features a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, full bathroom (fully stocked), stackable washer/dryer, 2 electric fireplaces, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, board games, and so much more!
Take the staircase (33 steps) down to the gorgeous valley and hang out at the fire pit, hammock, and beach area. Enjoy water recreation such as fishing, kayaking (not supplied), swimming, etc.
This is a special place and one you'll love and remember. Truly a ffisherman's dream and a great location for all the Birders!

We had a lovely stay at Chris & Melissa’s place for a quick pit stop on our cross-country drive. The space was clean and so welcoming with lots of yummy snacks! The bed was incredibly comfortable. And the riverfront property was gorgeous! We were so happy to be able to stay with our sweet pup on her first road trip. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!We highly recommend this space to other dog parents—especially because there are some amazing parks nearby with beautiful walking/hiking trails.We definitely hope to make it back!

What a fun time! The check in process and communication was great! This place was full of character. It can be a cozy, romantic stay for a couple, or you can have a small family adventure. There is one bedroom with a bed in it which is separated from the rest of the rooms by a curtain. There are two couches that can be converted into beds as well. One on the other side of the curtain, and another down a short hallway in the living room. Our family utilized both couch beds and the main bed. There was enough privacy as we were all family.It was a very short stay so we did not utilize the living room at all, besides using the bed to sleep on at night. We didn't turn on the TV, but it looked like a nice one! They also have a dartboard, a foosball table, and an arcade sized Pac-Man game with a variety of other games on it. They also have a selection of board games, which we did play a few of in our free time. I personally enjoyed the walk down to the river where I was able to fish from the rocky shore. It was several steps down to the shore, but well worth it. On the way to the shore, there is a hammock and another sitting area. When you get to the water, there is a fire pit and some chairs already down there.I caught three large fish but then the storms came and I was forced to stop fishing. Overall, it was a nice property with a comfortable home and great sites. And if you like fishing, I think you will like this place! Thanks for the memories!

This place is awesome. So comfortable. So affordable. So clean. So much fun. The hosts are top notch. I would stay again and this wasn’t our first time staying.
