Appartamento perfetto, bellissimo, molto comodo e bello.
Lo consiglio da tutto cuore a tutti chi ama dormire a silenzio puro. Ben collegato al centro di Barcelona, aeroporto e vicino vi trovate più buoni posti per mangiare😎
Anche se noi mettiamo per appartamento valutazione 10, ci sono qualche momenti a che dovete un po pensare:
1. Porta per terrazza piccola (interna) non si chiude bene perche la manica è rotta.
2. Tutte le cose come portare qualcosa in appartamento o si deve venire qualcuno per fare lavori- dovete organizzare quando in appartamento non ci sono ospiti
3. In appartamento manca un specchio grande, per esempio in corridoio al entrata, ce posto li. Specchio per davvero serve))))
4. Caparra. Non ci sono info per caparra , solo quando già facciamo check in (anche noi abbiamo scoperto per caso da recensioni). Questo molto importante e meglio subito includere in prezzo totale, sara piu chiaro.
Queste cose non sono negative, sono solo per megliorare il posto un po di piu, anche se è gia perfetto😎❤️

The best thing about this apartment was the price. We stayed in Barcelona at a very reasonable cost, which we really appreciated.
That said, the listing photos on Booking.com make the apartment look much more cozy than it actually is. In reality, the space felt quite austere and lacked warmth.
There were some positives. The kitchen was stocked with a tea kettle and a coffee maker with pods and sugar, which was a nice touch. The bed in the main room was comfortable, and both check-in and check-out were straightforward and easy. The building does have an elevator, though it only fits two people at a time. The washer was good too. And they gave us a laundry pod! Excellent perk!
Before arrival, there was also some confusion around the fees. After sending a standard request for passport information, we were asked to choose between a €300 refundable deposit (with a €10 processing fee) or a €40 nonrefundable “damage protection” fee. The way this was presented felt unusual and a bit uncomfortable, and came across as somewhat unclear.
The photos don’t accurately reflect the current condition of the apartment or the building, both of which felt quite rundown. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, and overall there was very little comfortable seating. While the apartment was clean, many of the fixtures, especially in the bathroom and windows, showed significant wear and buildup, and everything felt dated.
The location was about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro, and we often ended up taking taxis into central Barcelona, which cost around €20. There are some shops and restaurants nearby, and we generally felt safe in the area.
Overall, while the low price was a major advantage, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

La posizione e il prezzo
Il divano letto per la terza e la quarta persona in realtà non è utilizzabile.la casa ha quindi solo 2 posti letto.gli infissi andrebbero cambiati ,sono vecchi e quindi ci sono spifferi che fanno entrare tanto freddo.la dotazione di pentole e' scarsa e vecchia.la casa al centro ha un avvallamento che risulta alquanto fastidioso.
