This room is perfect for all kinds of tourists and travellers, relaxing or exploring. You get your own kitchen, which likely won't be needed as it is less than a thirty minute walk to old town where you get to try the best cretan foods, alongside three rooms and multiple balconies. Also, there is a private pool with multiple lounge chairs and a table, and a few tables/chairs scattered on the balconies.
The hilight of our stay was Nikos! Nikos is one of the most hospitable and kindhearted souls. We were greeted with fresh fruits at 1AM, as well as a tour of the apartment. Throughout our stay, he greeted us with gifts like his favourite cheese and raki and was always happy to help.
As I mentioned, old town is a thirty minute walk away, however there is also places to get coffee and snacks very close, and a few restaraunts just down the street. Nikos gave us plenty of reccomendations which were all spot on! Although the hill can be quite steep coming back to the room, the number 20 bus goes from Chania old town to just down near the mini market.
We got the best of both worlds, spending time by the pool undisturbed in the evenings and getting to explore Chania and Rethymno.
I couldn't reccomend staying more, both for the lovely appartment itself and to meet Nikos! We will definitely be staying again as soon as we can.

We had the most amazing stay for our honeymoon at Edel. Nikos is an incredible host. He had an unlimited supply of gifts for us when we saw him and he made our stay extra special by surprising us with honeymoon candles and chocolates, as well as surprising my wife for her birthday with delicious desserts.
The apartment itself is beautiful. We spent most of our time at the private pool, but the apartment was spacious, comfortable and well air conditioned. There are lots of balconies with fantastic views of the bay. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the old town and there’s plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars nearby.
We can’t recommend Edel highly enough. Thank you for such a fantastic holiday!

Most amazing apartment. Spacious has everything you need. A home from home which was so so clean. Easy to navigate yourself in and out of Chania. Local transport easy. Sunset views from the balcony and the pool was a bonus in the hot sun.
Nikos is the most generous and amazing host. He often left gifts of local food which was delicious and really made our stay a special experience. Nothing was to much trouble.
