The apartment was located really well, around 5 min walk to the Underground. The price was really decent for the London standards. Communication with Nathan was good. The apartment itself met our expectations, it was really nice, well equipped (even washing machine & dryer) and spacious :)
Only one toilet for a bigger group could be an issue. The entrance to the building was a bit messy.

Great location, perfect for getting into central London. Tooting Bec is buzzing with restaurants, pubs etc, everything you could need on the doorstep. The communal eating, cooking, and relaxing area was great. Washing & drying facilities was a big plus. Beds pretty comfy and good size double bedrooms with plenty of storage. Free parking outside at weekends and after 4pm was a big bonus!
No locks on the toilet or shower room, and the bathroom sink was tiny. Didn't have a chopping board or bread knife, and the kitchen in general could have been better equipped. Extra towels would have been helpful for the 2-week stay.

L'emplacement à 40 min à pied et en métro du centre ville de Londres et proches à pied (10 min) des commerces (supermarché) et le nombre de chambres et de couchages annoncés. (pas pour 14 personnes comme indiqué une fois mais bien pour 10 personnes)
Manque de vaisselle adaptées (deux petites casseroles uniquement et une petite poêle) pour un logement censé être équipé pour 10 (Nous étions au nombre de 7 adultes). Odeur forte de peinture fraîche dans deux chambres surtout limite insupportable à respirer la nuit au début du séjour (aucun message prévenant dans ce sens), ce qui a nécessité une ouverture des fenêtres en permanence, heureusement c'était l'été. Une des salles de bain étaient condamnées avec une douche à la température de l'eau dysfonctionnelle soit brûlante soit gelée. Donc il restait une salle de bain pour 7 ! avec une baignoire et un WC dans cette même salle de bain.... néanmoins le gérant nous a informé à l'entrée mais aucun geste commercial proposé spontanément pour autant puisque finalement le logement ne correspondait plus à l'annonce de départ et à l'engagement. Difficile de réclamer étant en vacances et avec la barrière de la langue pas simple... Couloir et escalier au sol moquette de l'immeuble hyper sale ! Nous sommes clairement en attente d'un geste commercial immédiat en dédommagement de ces franches déconvenues.
