It's beautiful apartment with a good location.
To be honest, I thought I would rate 1 because of the host ‘s behavior, he/ she is not hospitality, I had to wait outside the building with a very heavy rain because they don't let me check in earlier even just 5 minutes, or at least let me go inside the building and wait.
I beg them please let me go inside the building ( not the flat) because it had very heavy rain that day but they didn't.
Also the lacking of some facility like the kitchen rag or dish drying rack/tray make me feel uncomfortable.

Appartamento molto grande e ben arredato.
Ben dotato di attrezzature di cucina, frigo grande e lavatrice, grandissima terrazza sul tetto per stendere.
Posizione fantastica si poteva raggiungere ogni luogo comodamente a piedi.
Supermercato aperto fino alle 22.00 nelle immediate vicinanze. Ad un centinaio di metri arriva l'autobus da e per la stazione che è lo stesso che coincide con quello per l'aeroporto.
La poca manutenzione, molte luci bruciate, soprattutto molto scomodo fosse bruciata quella del corridoio di entrata che rendeva difficile rientrare con il buio. Phon ancora rotto nonostante fosse già stato segnalato in altre recensioni, particolare abbastanza importante se uno viaggia con bagaglio limitato e non riesce a portarlo da casa.
Se fossero aggiustate queste cose potrebbe meritare un.voto più alto perché davvero un nell'appartamento in centro Siviglia.

1. Great central location right on Sierpes street - unfortunately this meant little sleep
2. Very cute apartment with cozy decor and really appreciated the North America-Europe plug adaptor that was left in a socket
3. Balcony area is a nice feature (didn’t use but could see it being great!)
1. Communication with the host was lacking - and I hate to write any negative reviews, but this did impact our stay. While I understand they may not want to deal with issues and Easter celebrations were finishing up, I had to inquire about things as the host was not proactive with communicating.
- Immediately after check-in I noted the laundry machine appeared broken and would probably cause water leaks if used. We had specifically booked a place with advertised laundry facilities available. The host quickly responded she would get a handyman to look into it, but after that it was very minimal communication despite my prompting. I had no idea when this person might come by so had to be aware of someone possibly entering at any time. By the time we checked out after 3 nights no inspection had happened and no suggestions for alternatives.
- I noted the air conditioning appeared broken, which also was advertised as a main feature. After some back and forth with videos to show the host that I had tried all the correct steps & breaker was working, she stopped communicating about it. Luckily we didn’t need it but just another example of communication style.
- there was a strong moldy-mildew odor whenever anyone used the shower or toilet. I noticed this in some other places in Spain so not sure this is fixable but it was off-putting.
2. Location is great but noise at night is an issue unless you’re a heavy sleeper. Nightly garbage pickups with loud glass shattering and no soundproofing is tough if you’re a light to medium sleeper.
