Das Appartement liegt im Herzen des sympathischen Ortes. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Läden, Restaurants, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel usw., zu Fuss problemlos erreichbar, der schöne Stadtstrand ist ohne Einschränkungen (in Italien nicht selbstverständlich ) in 2,3 Minuten erreichbar. Francesca ist eine herzliche, fürsorgliche Gastgeberin.
Negativkritik wäre übertrieben: das App. liegt im Erdgeschoss im Innenhof, die Hauptstrasse ist nicht weit, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir wollten ja in der Stadt wohnen. Problem mit dem Heisswasser, Francesca hat sich sehr bemüht diesem entgegenzuwirken.

My husband and I plus our little dog had a wonderful stay at Casa Rosa.
Communication from the host, Francesca was excellent, she speaks great English which made check in simple. There's a large, gated parking space right in front of the apartment. It's only a few seconds walk to the beautiful old town and then on to the sea. There are option's to hire an umbrella and lounger for the day at a paid beach or there's a public beach which is free. The apartment was very clean, there is a hob and plenty of plates, glasses and pots if you want to cook a simple meal, a washing machine is an added bonus and there's an incredibly large, comfortable bed.
No A/C but plenty of fans to kept us cool. The whole stay felt relaxed and Francesca did a lovely job of making sure we were happy and comfortable.
As lots of others have already pointed out the apartment is next to a busy road but there is good double glazing and we slept very well.
