The service was great, staff were very accommodating. I loved the daily included afternoon tea and the room service that was provided. Felt like a luxurious stay.
Our private pool was cold each day due to the mountain weather so we did not get to use it- but they did provide a main heated pool.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for better staff — everyone was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel’s location is perfect for disconnecting from everyday life, slowing down, and enjoying the present moment surrounded by beautiful nature.
The room deserves special praise as well. Our King Room was spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking mountain views that we could even enjoy while relaxing in the bathtub!
Overall, a truly special experience that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature and exceptional hospitality.
