Classy, great views, super clean and cozy
Bed in kitchen made it difficult for those who get up earlier to not bother the single sleeper.

Location was good, it was clean.
Overpriced. The walls felt like cardboard. You could hear anything happening in the bathroom or in any room. It felt like it was a single space. Instead of two rooms and a bathroom. Pretty bad sound isolation.
