Never again will I ignore Booking.com bad reviews.

It was quite close to the city's center and the lake.

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our stay, especially considering the price. The apartments felt overpriced for what they offered. There was no lake view, the apartments were quite small, and there were lots of unnecessary features — plenty of dance lights, but somehow no proper ventilation in the bathroom. 😅 The kids’ bed wasn’t prepared when we arrived, so we had to search for the bedding ourselves. While doing so, we also found dirt and hair from previous guests in the couch, which was definitely not the kind of surprise we wanted on arrival. 🤢 We stayed in two apartments, and both vacuum cleaners were clearly in need of some serious attention — they were not only very dirty but also smelled unpleasant when used. The cooking pans were another issue. They were extremely scratched and worn, to the point that we didn’t feel comfortable using them. For a property at this price point, kitchen equipment should really be safe and in decent condition. The air conditioner in one of the apartments also didn’t work properly and smelled very unpleasant when switched on, which made it difficult to use. Unfortunately, we also didn’t feel particularly supported by the owner. When we raised our concerns, the response felt more annoyed than helpful, which made an already disappointing experience even less pleasant. We weren’t expecting perfection, but we did expect our concerns to be taken seriously and addressed professionally. There are definitely some fun and modern design touches, but unfortunately, the basics — cleanliness, maintenance, functioning equipment and customer service — need much more attention. For the price, we expected a much cleaner, better-maintained and more comfortable stay. Sadly, this wasn’t the experience we had, and we would not choose these apartments again.

Modern, clean and cozy - perfect for a few days!

Small but cozy apartment with modern furnishings and very clean. Coffee machine and air flyer are a big advantage. There are a few dishes available enough for 3 people. The balcony is a plus!

The lamp above the dining table is not the best choice, as its shape us bump our heads on it quite often.

Would definitely like to stay here again, we had such a nice time:))

The bathroom was amazing, the shower with the LED lights was such a nice experience. Kitchen was well equipped, there's a coffee machine which was very useful. Close to the lake, and some great walking paths.

We kept banging out heads on the lights above the kitchen table, because they are hanging so low.

Dirty apartment & disappointing experience.

The property is modern and well-located, but poor cleanliness overshadows it all.

I received a message prior to our stay that included all the information needed for check-in. Everything was easy and smooth. We arrived at the property around 1:30 a.m., and while it didn’t seem perfectly clean at first glance, it felt like something we could live with and not complain about. After taking a shower, my spouse told me there were hairs in the bed and the sheets didn’t seem clean. Upon closer inspection — and after waking up a bit from the long journey — we realized the apartment was quite dirty. The floor had a lot of particles, and walking on it felt like being outside on a sidewalk, not inside a supposedly cozy, modern apartment. Hairs were everywhere: in the bed, wardrobe, bathroom, and on the floor. My spouse ended up sleeping on the sofa in a tracksuit just to avoid touching the bed. I contacted Booking.com support after checking the place and was told they would email the host and try to find a solution. I waited until 6 a.m. to call the host myself and inform her I’d be leaving the apartment due to the lack of cleanliness, and that I would be seeking a refund. A second apartment in the same building was offered, but I declined — I wasn’t expecting it to be any better than the first one. A cleaning service was also offered, but I expected the apartment to be clean upon arrival, not after check-in. The conversation with the host was short and not exactly polite, which I understand, as it was 6 a.m. on a Saturday — I wouldn’t have been super friendly in her place either. Later, after a few messages via Booking, I was told the apartment was “clean” and that I was simply lying because I had changed my plans and no longer needed the accommodation. The host declined the refund request, and the Polish Booking.com support wanted to close the case quickly. I was offered 255 PLN out of 1,680 PLN, which I accepted due to a lack of other solutions from customer support.
