Durchwachsener Aufenthalt- Sauberkeit und Hygiene entsprachen nicht dem Standard!

Zuvorkommende und freundliche Kommunikation vor Anreise. Flexibler Schlüsselcode Check-in.

Wir haben leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit der Buchung dieser Unterkunft gemacht. Als wir anreisten fanden wir ein schimmeliges Bad vor, Essensreste auf dem Kinderstuhl, Tierhaare und staubige Böden, Treppen und Fußleisten. Der unangenehme Geruch auf der oberen Etage war trotz großzügigem Lüften nicht zu entfernen. Renovierungen/Streichen ( einige Blutflecken von Mücken an den Schlafzimmerwänden)/Möbelaustausch wären irgendwann mal wünschenswert. Daraufhin kontaktierten wir die Vermieter und versuchten eine Erklärung/Lösung für diese unzureichenden Zustand zu finden. Nach ausreichenden Erklärungen, bekamen wir leider das Gefühl, das Problem wird nicht ernst genommen/abgetan. Wir haben glücklicherweise nur vor Ort geschlafen, da wir mit der Familie ein WE in Hooksiel verbrachten. Einen kompletten Urlaub in der Unterkunft können wir auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Daraufhin lasen wir uns die zurückliegenden Rezensionen genauer durch und erschraken umso mehr, denn die Thematik mit Schimmel wurde bereits von mehreren Reisenden reflektiert und von der Vermietung sehr harsch und unprofessionell kommentiert. Daher die gleichgültige Reaktion der Unterkunft nun umso unprofessioneller und ernüchternd. (Wir sind wahrlich keine Luxusreisenden, bereits in unzähligen Herbergen weltweit untergekommen, der Anspruch ist eher gering, daher schauen wir auch gerne mal über ein paar Unperfektheiten hinweg, doch hier hörte auch für uns die Reiseresilienz auf!) Naja, long story short, zuhause haben wir daraufhin den Bookingservice kontaktiert um Hilfe zu bekommen in einem derartigen Fall, doch auch dieser Kommunikationsweg stieß auf harten Boden seitens der Vermietung. Wir konnten keine Lösung mit der Vermietung finden. So bleibt ein sehr bitterer Beigeschmack im Rückblick und wahrlich keine Empfehlung für die Unterkunft.

Ruhige sehr gute Lage. Fernab vom Trubel. Dadurch das es sehr heiß war, konnten wir die Fenster öffnen und trotzdem ruhig schlafen.. Es ist eine sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern.

Leider war die Ferienwohnung in keinem sauberen Zustand. Außerdem sollte sie grundsätzlich renoviert werden und verschiedene Möbelstücke Duschwände erneuert werden, um sich richtig wohl zu fühlen
