This is my 2nd stay and it's due to the safe location within walking distance to transit and area attractions. The room is spacious for a family of 4 (2 elderly) with enough room to move around. Kitchen equipped with cookware needs. Full size beds and the balcony are an added bonus. Response to any questions I had or concerns were quickly answered via Booking.com. Especially enjoy the washer in the bathroom which made cleaning easy.
The pillows are non-existent meaning they are too flat. The vacuum was not emptied from previous stay and there was dust from the bedroom door frames that kept blowing onto the beds when the air conditioner was active. Noise after midnight from across the elevator on a few nights was annoying. Was on the 10th floor and whoever was on the 11th floor was stomping on the floor after midnight on a few occasions. Construction next door building would start after 7am everyday except for Sunday. Fume from the local motorbike repair shop on ground floor nearby was seeping into our windows. And I was fortunate enough to have a roach fall from the elevator shaft on my 2nd day of a 3 week stay in front of me and climbed up the corner wall. I've never seen one as big that can fly. I thought it was a Japanese beetle. Alerted the cleaning lady with pictures and management quickly fumigated. Since then, everyday, I was afraid to open front door and balcony before thorough inspection in fear one may enter my room.

Right in the action right next to the Tsūtenkaku tower and easy walk to the train. Definitely reasonable for the price and comfortable for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids, with 2 kids sharing a double bed).
The balcony door didn’t seem to lock, so we had to hide the fact that there was one from the kids, (some of them are little/ untrustworthy on a balcony unsupervised!), by keeping the blinds mostly closed and its hidden by the TV.

Superb location within walking distance of many great destinations. Nice aesthetic, Great facilities and very good cleanliness. Easy check in and good instructions. Good communication with staff.
Sadly i think i was unlucky and my bed wasn’t up to their standard and i could barely sleep because it was so uncomfortable to sleep on. The hotel has however been informed and assured it would be looked into so hopefully no future guests will experience the same.

So spacious, all amenities you could need, washing machine, air conditioning fabulous, so much storage for luggage, multiple beds, large couch, large tv, large dining table. Everything to suit a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys.
There wasn’t anything I could mention.
