Great host, open to suggestions from the guest. Location is convenient.

Size and proximity to the exhibition centre. Host was extremely helpful. He guided me all throughout and made good suggestions about local commute. He gave me enough time to make the payment as I was not carrying local currency.

Poor quality of electric goods, no provision of dishes and cutlery and stinking toilet. The throw and use type towels provided were not very effective. However, the host was considerate and assured to address these issues.

Fooled by the reviews!

Location next to theexhibition center and 18mn walking from the metro station. The host is always available to answer and support your requests.

I always look at the rating of a location before booking. Travelers rated this location 8/10 so imagine my disappointment at this point. I am a frequent traveler and I always rate the facilities in an effort to give an honest feedback to fellow travelers. Having said that, here is my feedback for "what i did not like" and I apologise from the host: 1- Building and apartment entrance are disappointing and I understand why the host is not showing them in the pictures. 2- Prior to arriving, I asked them host to share a location which he did. Usually this makes my life easier trying to explain to the taxi where to go. But, to my unfortunate luck, the host sent the wrong location. We arrived and spent the next 30mn trying to figure out where i was. Called the host on roaming and gave the phone to a guy from the street to understand where i was. Seems the host sent the wrong location, he apologized and send the new one. 30mn and 45SAR later I arrived to the apartment. Again, the host apologized and promised to cover the taxi fair and will send the money with the driver which he NEVER did! 4- Host said that some guard will wait for me but no one was there. I messaged him and he said the key is in the locker and shared the pin. He could have easily said that while I was in the taxi. But he made me wait for the "Guard" then he messaged me the details of the box. 4- There are only disposable towels in the bathroom. The host explained that this is a request from the ministry of health which I never heard of. Nowadays, ministries are trying to push for Sustainability and not add more waste. 5- Wifi was good the first night but was off the next night. The host tried to fix it and it was back online after a disconnectio that lasted a couple of hours. And of course I had to use my super expensive roaming data plan to stay connected and finish my work. 6- This will be a shocker, there was cockroaches in the apartment!!!

it was too far from the confort of a hotel to me

the inside looks pretty good

Extremely noisy, Windows are not closed neither air tight,, the bedroom's windows are open on the facing road. their is no bath towel, they give paper 1 time use towel...

7 / 10

Safe, good location and plenty of room.

Good location for the exhibition center 15 mins walk.

Busy road to walk over to exhibition hall, with regards to the apartment, I would have liked clean towels, opposed to a disposable towel, but it was OK.
