This caravan should not be let to any more people. It is dangerous and filthy. Mor must have complai

The property was dangerous. The gas boiler had black soot up the front and kept going out. The last gas inspection was 2019. There was no carbon monoxide detector, only a mark on the ceiling where it had been stuck. The shower wasn’t fit to use, the base was filthy with rust and there was lots of black mould. The carpet was frayed between lounge and kitchen. The single beds were for children, narrow and short, 66”x25”. I felt every spring. I could reach out and touch each side of the room. With two beds, that left a gap of about 16”. There was only a tiny space at the end of one of the beds, so getting dressed and undressed was a nightmare. The bedroom window wouldn’t close and so was freezing when windy. The other bedroom on wouldn’t open. The bathroom had no fan and window wouldn’t open. window wouldn’t open as there was a storage box blocking it, in larger bedroom. The lounge window was full of dead flies, I counted 7 large ones and countless small. The electric fire wouldn’t stay on, so we had to sit in our coats. The seat covers were threadbare. The large rough handmade table from pallets wobbled and was difficult to move. The rough wooden lined lounge was a fire hazard, as were the pile of logs. We had to eat out all the time as it was so uncomfortable. On our last morning we rose in good time as we couldn’t wait to leave, but the electricity went off. There was a sign warning electricity would trip if too many appliances were used, but no instructions. I went to reception and a very kind man came to try and help, even though they weren’t open. He told me countless people had complained of problems with that van, and he was going to recommend it wasn’t fit for renting. I have always stayed in hotels before but thought by booking through you, places would be vetted. I did send an email the first day, but it wasn’t acknowledged. We certainly won’t be recommending your company, rather the opposite as what could have been an enjoyable holiday, was a nightmare.

Quirky caravan decorated with the theme from the Jaws film. Comfy bed & added bonus of wi-fi & smart TV. Great to have the use of an air fryer too.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Great value for money & will stay again.

Value for money..

Very quirky little place and priced right. Excellent host and everything you need for a couple of days away..

Only thing was the lock box struggled to get it open but the owner was there in less than 10 mins to do it in 5 secs. 😂
