The location is excellent, stunning views of Plymouth Sound. It was a quiet location and the building was also peaceful. The apartment were clean, well maintained and felt luxurious. Cody was excellent from check-in until check-out, communication was comprehensive and quick with unforeseen situations resolved without issue!
The parking was very limited. Whilst as a guest there was the opportunity to park outside the building, parking for visitors is limited. There is on street parking available but this is primarily used by other residents. This was only an issue for anyone wishing to visit you at the property

Beautiful historic building. Superbly renovated apartment in a first-class neighborhood within walking distance of the water and promenade. Fully equipped with all conveniences and a parking permit for parking right outside the door as a bonus. Although partly at a distance, a warm welcome and excellent support from Rana.
Not so much as a criticism, but rather as well-intentioned advice: the volume of messages received before, during, and after our stay was a bit excessive, which sometimes caused the actual content to get lost. Especially when traveling or visiting multiple destinations, it becomes difficult to keep track of everything. A single sheet of paper (A4) with instructions left on the dining table would be sufficient.

Location is excellent and the standard of the furnishings and decor are high. The apartment is well equipped and it feels as though a lot of thought has gone into what guests want and need.
The pillows were too firm.
