The apartment was cozy and the washing machine was good. Good bed and pillows!

It was a bit cramped for four people. It could be a little bit cleaner and the apartment was a bit worn.

A lovely apartment just a short walk from the port (family of 4).

A lovely apartment just a short walk away from the port. Also a cracking little kebab shop just around the corner. Would recommend for a family of 4.

A good base for exploring Lake Garda.

Easy to get in, and easy check out, main bed was comfortable, functional kitchen area, very nice bathroom. Good base between train station (15mins walk) and town centre (10 mins walk). Very quiet at night. Cheap bars and supermarket nearby.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable and no air con in that room so very hot at night. Kitchen was a bit under stocked. Only 3 forks for 4 people. TV aerial was faulty. The corner lamp caused the power to trip.

Not as pictured or described

The bed in the bedroom was comfortable.

Apartment is not as pictured or described in listing. The rug, poufs, and most of decorative pillows that make the apt look cozy in the listing do not exist in this apartment. The AC never cooled below 29-30 Celsius (84-86 Fahrenheit in bedroom and at least 90 in living area where second bed is located). Bathroom has no air other than open window making it the hottest room of all and at least the high 90’s F of outside temp. The bathroom has a lot of mold, separated caulking, peeling fixtures, and a plastic hand soap bottle held together with cello tape. Cello tape used throughout apt (on walls, door, switch, holding broken faux plant pot together on table). Interior looks DIY with no trim, holes left unpatched, cabinet doors hung out of true, and walls with many smudges and dirt marks). Only one set of keys provided for our group of 3 and a different key is needed to enter/exit gate, enter building, and enter/exit apartment. Each key had separate oddities about getting them to work and the first 2 were kept in an unlocked mailbox you are to reach behind from the front sidewalk in full view of everyone on a busy street to get/leave the keys. These keys in the unlocked mailbox were taken while 2 of our group were out, leaving the 3rd in our group unable to leave the gate. Awful. The host buzzed her out when we called about the missing keys and then, later, buzzed us back in but this was the worst part of a very unsatisfactory stay. The reviews do not reflect the apt in its current state.

Nothing just the location

Dirty plates and cups, dirty floor as well we have to vacuum for them. The property is too small for a family of 3
